FASTBITE‑PH – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1  ABOUT US

FastBite‑PH (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an online platform that lets customers (“you”, “your”) order food and drinks for delivery within our service areas in the Philippines. We do not operate a dine‑in restaurant; instead, we (a) prepare our own menu items and/or (b) purchase items from partnered food vendors and deliver them on your behalf.

2  SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE

By accessing our website, Facebook page, mobile ordering link, or placing an order by phone/chat, you confirm that you:

1. are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and
2. have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

3  MENU, PRICES & AVAILABILITY

• All menu items, descriptions, and prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) and already include applicable taxes.
• Photos are for illustration only; actual product size or presentation may vary.
• We may update or discontinue items without prior notice if ingredients are unavailable or vendor pricing changes.

4  ORDERING & PAYMENT

4.1 Minimum Order & Fees

• A minimum basket value of ₱ 100 applies to each delivery order.
• A flat delivery fee (₱ 40–₱ 60, depending on zone) is shown at checkout.

4.2 Payment Methods

• At this time, we only accept GCash payments processed securely through PayMongo.
• Please note that GCash payments must be made in full during checkout to confirm your order.

4.3 Order Confirmation

• Your order is confirmed only after you receive an “Order Accepted” notification or message from us.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g., outside service zone, suspected fraud, unpaid orders).

5  DELIVERY

• Delivery times shown are estimates (usually 20‑60 minutes). Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.
• Orders are delivered to the address you provide. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the items are handed over to you or your representative.

6  CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Customer‑initiated cancellation: Allowed within 5 minutes of placing the order. After food preparation or rider dispatch, cancellation may incur the full item cost plus delivery fee.
• Order issues (missing/wrong/damaged items): Report within 30 minutes of delivery with photo evidence. We may (a) redeliver missing items, (b) issue store credit, or (c) refund to the original payment method at our discretion.
• Non‑delivery due to wrong address or unreachable recipient: Delivery fee is non‑refundable; food cost may be forfeited.

7  ALLERGENS & DIETARY INFORMATION

Some products may contain common allergens (e.g., gluten, dairy, nuts). If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate them in the “Order Notes” field or contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee zero cross‑contamination.

8  THIRD‑PARTY BRANDS & VENDORS

FastBite‑PH is an independent delivery service. References to brands such as McDonald’s®, Jollibee®, etc. are for identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by such companies. All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website—including text, graphics, and logos—is owned by or licensed to FastBite‑PH. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.

10  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, FastBite‑PH, its owners, riders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of (a) late delivery, (b) product quality issues beyond our control, or (c) your misuse of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.

11  PRIVACY

We collect only the data necessary to process your orders (name, address, phone, payment details). We do not sell or rent your personal information. See our full Privacy Policy on our website.

12  GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the proper courts of Quezon City, to the exclusion of all other venues.

13  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
