FastBite‑PH (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an online platform that lets customers (“you”, “your”) order food and drinks for delivery within our service areas in the Philippines. We do not operate a dine‑in restaurant; instead, we (a) prepare our own menu items and/or (b) purchase items from partnered food vendors and deliver them on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, FastBite‑PH, its owners, riders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of (a) late delivery, (b) product quality issues beyond our control, or (c) your misuse of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in dispute.

12 GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the proper courts of Quezon City, to the exclusion of all other venues.
